  • All prices are in Pakistan Rupee.
  • Item delivery is subject to confirmation and verification.
  • Some items ordered will be delivered by local couriers.
  • NDs does not take responsibility for delay in orders due to incorrect billing address, any loss or delay or any other reason.
  • In case of strikes or other acts of God in the delivery city we will try our level best to deliver as many items as possible which are delivered via our own delivery network. In case the items are delayed, they will be delivered the next business day when courier services are in operation.
  • Orders may not be cancelled once placed.
  • Product pictures are mere representation. Product delivered may vary depending upon availability.
  • Every effort shall be made to deliver exactly the same product as ordered. However, at times it may not be possible and vary due to reasons beyond our control, such as non-availability of item in a certain region/city or the seasonal constraints.
  • When you visit us or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
  • If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

  • If we are notified of allegedly infringing, defamatory, damaging, illegal, or offensive Content provided by User, we may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of such Content from our website.
